InsureTrek allows you to assign your producers to the states and lines of authority in which you expect them to remain licensed and/or appointed.
Scenario 1: Territory Assignment
Agency A operates in 48 of the 51 jurisdictions (excluding Missouri, Indiana, and Michigan), where when onboarding Agent X, Agency A requires Agent X to become licensed in states associated with Territory 1 (which includes states Florida, Georgia, and New York).
In this scenario, Agency A's licensing manager can "assign" Agent X to Territory 1 during Producer Onboarding, which will automate the license applications for states Florida, Georgia, and New York once onboarding is complete, and also manage license continuation for the coordinating states.
Scenario 2: Individual State Assignment
Agency A operates in 48 of the 51 jurisdictions (excluding Missouri, Indiana, and Michigan), while during onboarding it was determined that Agent X has an active Missouri state license.
In this scenario, Agency A's licensing manager can "assign" Agent X's Missouri license, which will allow Agency A to manage license continuation for the coordinating Missouri state license.
